CardioAccess provides installation, maintenance, data import, technical support and training services our software. Maintenance includes all upgrades, technical support, training and minimal customizations. CardioAccess offers on-site training for all users of the database. End users receive a user interface training, while doctors and database administrators receive data analysis, custom reports and daily maintenance procedural training.

Our staff includes Certified NetWare™ Engineers, certified Microsoft™ Engineers, and experienced trainers. CardioAccess’ staff will take full responsibility for setting up the system, ensure your staff receives the necessary training to take advantage of the new technology, all while focused on increased productivity and control.
